Chase and Amazon are teaming up to make your holiday shopping juuuuust a bit easier this year. Amazon has been promoting the “Shop with Points” feature often this year. Promotions have come and gone using Citi TYP’s and Amex MR’s. Now Chase is back with another promotion. You can save $10 off of your purchase if you meet a few requirements.
First, and most importantly, you must have a Chase card with Ultimate Rewards Points. This could be the Sapphire Preferred, Freedom, or Ink Plus. Then you must complete the following steps:
- Link your Chase card to your Amazon account here to allow you to pay with points.
- Select items that are sold by Amazon.com and shipped by Amazon.
- Proceed to checkout and select your Chase card, and use the drop down to pay with points. I chose to pay for $.01 with points, using only 1 UR point! Using only one point is enough to trigger the deal!
