The Amex SPG credit card is back with one of the highest offers ever – 30,000 SPG points! This offer generally comes around once per year, but many have speculated that we would not see it again. The merger with Marriott and the recent 2-free-nights offer had people worried that this bonus would no longer be available. We are happy to report that you should be able to access it by using an incognito browser.
I won’t get into the mechanics of using an incognito browser here. For that process, see this post.
How to Find the Offer
Once you understand how to use an incognito browser, load it up and head over to the link below. You may have to try a few times before the 30,000-point offer appears. If you see it, go ahead and grab the card. You can be confident that this will be the best offer you will see. Amex only exceeded this offer once by offering a very limited 35,000-point bonus. Keeping in mind that Amex credit card bonuses are usually once-per-lifetime, so this is a great opportunity to lock in the best offer.
While you’re at it, you can go ahead and grab the 25,000-point SPG business card bonus. This will set you up with 63,000 SPG points after spending, and you’ll only get one hard credit pull! SPG points can also be transferred to Marriott at a 1:3 ratio. This means you could have 189,000 Marriott points via these bonuses.
Use the following links for your applications:
- SPG Personal – 30,000 Bonus/$3,000 spend (Use incognito browser to get 30,000-point offer)
- SPG Business – 25,000 Bonus/$5,000 spend (Referral link – We will get 5,000 points if you apply. Thanks!)
Starwood points are one of our absolute favorites, because of their flexibility. You can use them to book awesome SPG properties around the world, like the Sheraton Maldives, or the Sheraton Kauai Resort. You can also transfer them to airlines at a 1:1.25 ratio or to Marriott at a 1:3 ratio. Grab these cards while you have the chance! Cheers!
